Tusker House: breakfast or dinner?

My main concern with doing this is that I fill up too much on breakfast food and can't fully appreciate the lunch options

I had a reservation for 11:25, checked in at 11:15, ate breakfast and by the time we were done the lunch stuff was out

I would do tusker house breakfast after safari ride - if your heart is set on eating there. Logistically it works out great. Though personally our family didn’t like this one.

We do both a breakfast and a lunch (or two) at TH each trip. The breakfast buffet has some unique items as compared to other WDW breakfasts. If you're looking for a meal that is MOST different from other WDW offerings, the lunch has more unique items than the breakfast. But really, we'd recommend both highly.
