Tusker House at 3:35

Hi All,

Quick Question- We got a Tusker House reservation at 3:35 and they stop serving lunch at 3:45 and start serving dinner at 4:00. Will we be charged dinner price if we stay after 4 and are the dinner options the same as lunch options??
Do you think if we didn't show up until 4 they would still seat us? I want Dinner there preferably.

They should be charging you by the reservation time you have, and you can stay as long as you want, even during a lunch/dinner changeover. Check in at your ADR time. You still might need to wait a while to get seated, and they shouldn't charge you for dinner if they seat you late.

I wouldn't show up at 4 - that's almost half an hour late - they may give your table away.

This....as this poster said, you save cash and end up having lunch and dinner choices if you are there during changeover. I also would not check in at 4 as that is almost 30 minutes late.

Thanks everyone!! I was just a little confused about the late time. I am on the dining plan so it wont really matter about the price but I guess it will decrease the tip a little bit. For future references if we ever pay OOp we will definitely have a later reso time.

I was wondering if there was a difference between lunch buffet vs dinner buffet so hopefully I will get my answer this trip =)

Where about Cleveland- ish are you from? I am from Toledo but lived in Columbus from 2004-2009 for OSU. Just moved to Minneapolis but want to move back to Ohio

I grew up in Parma and lived in North Royalton, Seven Hills, Berea, and a short stint in Clearwater, FL but live in Strongsville now. I have a 30 year commitment to stay here.

The Ohio State Buckeyes football team is pretty much the only team on this continent I care about.
