Turtles at Coronado Springs?

My family will be staying at Coronado Springs for the first time this summer. They have only ever stayed at Pop Century before and loved walking on the bridge and watching the turtles. To them it completes their Disney experience. Does anyone know if there are turtles at Coronado Springs or will they be taking a bus over to Pop Century to get their turtle fix?

Yes, you will see turtles in the lake! Used to be a small alligator there too, think they moved him when he grew bigger.

We've seen lots of bunnies around the foliage there during quiet times of day too. Have the kids stay on the paths though, at any resort there can be snakes in the grassy areas, common in Florida.

My spouse SWEARS there are otters in the ponds too. Really. Keep your eye peeled.
