Is this ride as certain times (like a show??) or all day? I can't find it on Ridemax for October... ??

When we were there in July, it played every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour. Make sure you check out the rest of the Animation Pavillion. We usually end up spending close to two hour there!

Hopefully the schedule will be the same in October... We actually hope to hit it during Halloween Time... I understand most of the rides will be open then... anyone have a clue if Turtle Talk will be too??

TTwC is a bit confusing as it is located in the Disney Animation Studios. If you schedule the Animation Studios (which RM just calls "Animation"), then RM is accounting for TTwC there. However, RM assumes only 45 minutes for all of the Animation Studios which is enough time to see TTwC but not enough to see TTwC plus the other activities there like Sorceror's Workshop. If you schedule Animation Studios twice that would be enough time to do all of the Animation Studios.

Also, Billy is correct that TTwC is usually shown at the top and bottom of every hour.
