Turnpike/429 Toll-By-Plate?

Does anyone know if toll-by-plate works on the Turnpike and 429 from Ocala to Western Way? I have an account with them an would like to know if I can avoid needing toll road cash on our next trip.

I was asking because I was "caught" at I-drive/I-4 interchange in Orlando in January and sent a bill from toll-by-plate.
