Turning offsite regular tickets into Magic Bands?

We are getting tickets from my employer. How do I turn them into Magic Bands? Anyway to do this before getting to Disney?

I was told by customer service that you can purchase magic bands at the parks, at any resort, or the Disney store at Downtown Disney. They are $12.95 each.

There is no way to do this before getting there since you have to buy MB onsite.
