turning off email notifications

How do I turn off email notifications? I went into preferences and unchecked every option, but I still get an email every time somebody posts to a thread that I've interacted with. Thanks for the help!

The Webmasters have been tweaking the boards so your Preferences may not have been activated. If you reset again, Save, logout and then back in, that may do it. I’m not sure if they’re tweaking anything today.
