Turning 3 while there

We are thinking about taking our kids to Disney the 1st week of August (actually 7/31 - 8/7) It is the only week we can get away.. My youngest daughter will be turning 3 on August 2nd during the trip. Do I get a ticket for her? I was thinking about a package but I don't know how they would do her ticket since she really wouldn't need one til the 2nd.
I think when I called about it awhile back they told me she wouldn't need a ticket because it goes by how old she is the day she checks in. But I am not sure..

So what do I do?

I am pretty sure she goes by the rule of under 3 free...have fun

You are correct....no ticket necessary if she's turning 3 while she's there. This happened with my oldest a couple of trips ago. They will likely not even ask you about her age, but if they do, you just explain the situation. No problems! Enjoy one last freebie!!
