My friends dd will turn 10 while we're on vacation in Disney. Should should buy the "child" ticket or the adult ticket. They are traveling on a very tight budget and thought a child ticket was 3-12 but I believe it's actually 3-9. Any advice???
Disney goes according to how old you are on the first day there. You can buy the child's pass and and the child can eat at restaurants at the child's rate.
We went for my oldest DD's 10th birthday we checked in the day before her BD and bought the tickets. The CM said it is Disney's policy your ages is your age when you first enter the park. Since we entered the day before she was considered a child.
