Turndown Service at PBH

Is it done in every room automatically? Does one request it? (I have been in hotels where it worked both ways.) If so, when would you suggest requesting it?

Turn down service must be requested for any rooms lesser than a deluxe. Just give Star Service a call when you get to your room and request that you would like turn down service and at the time you would like it.
