turndown service at GF

i was just checking out the new disney website and it says that turndown service is for concierge guests only. i thought it was provided to everyone at GF! can someone please clarify?

We had it in the past in a lagoon view room. I'll be truly disappointed if they have stopped doing the service for their flagship resort.

I will know when we return at the end of December.

I was just at the Grand Floridian for a few nights starting on November 16th. We just had a lagoon view room no concierge and we had turn down service every night!

We were in a regular garden view room in June and had turn-down every night. No asking. Nice notes and chocolates .

Same thing with us in August - we had turndown...although sometimes they came too late. I requested early turndown but noticed sometimes they weren't in our hallway until 9:30 (even if I requested early). By then we had the "Do Not Disturb" sign posted as the kiddies were sleeping. But she always left us chocolates in a little bag for us.
