Okay, so we just finished up in Morocco, and if you know the layout of the World Showcase, then you know EXACTLY whats up next&JAPAN!

I LOVED the Japanese pavilion, and its unfortunately one that I didnt get to even look around very much, so I am so excited for our next trip, because I will be spending a lot more time there! Everything was just sooooo cool! I found so many things to buy, and so much yummies! They have like a mini-grocery in there! It was nuts and awesome!
Anyhow, we had big plans for this pavilion long before we arrived here! If you read my PTR then you know that we had already been planning on doing the pick-a-pearl here! I ordered Cinderellas Carriage pearl cages one chains for the girls off amazon for about $6 each, and had packed them to bring with us, so those were in my bad ready for the pearls!
This was soooo much fun! I did get some video of it too! But basically they have a whole ceremony! First you start by picking your oyster, I have heard that the ugliest one house the prettiest pearls so we all looked for the ugliest, slimiest oysters we could find! Then you learn a bit of Japanese as you count down to open your pearls! And finally the measure the pearls for you and bang on the drum they have in celebration! It was loads of fun and I would highly recommend it! I did take a look at some if the prices for the jewelry to set your pearls in, and I am SO GLAD I pre-bought mine. A similar style carriage cost about $60 there&versus $6 that I paid, so yeah, you get the picture!
Olivia, Margo and I all picked a pearl, and Olivia actually ended up with the biggest one! She was so excited! We had them put into our jewelry and it was all pretty cheap, I believe it was about $14 each to pick the pearl, so not bad at all, especially since you get to do the whole ceremony part and take place in the fun experience!

After our pearl picking fun, we browsed the shops some, I found all sorts of things I loved, especially all these cute bags!

Sadly, everything in Japan was pretty pricey, so I decided the pearl was enough&and oddly enough I could NO HATS!

Olivia and PawPaw in Japan..

Like I mentioned before, we also checked out the small grocery in there as well, there was all sorts of snacks, candies and drinks. I would like to spend some more time in there and pick out some stuff to try next time.
But I did get to try one Japanese snack! Upon the recommendation of a friend I made sure to grab some Kaki-Gori! (Hope I spelled that right!) Basically its a Japanese snow cone! There was a little stand for it as you make your way out of Japan to America. I got the rainbow one.

I dont know what it was about this treat, but it was YUMMY! It had a different consistency of a regular snow cone. The ice almost seemed like teeny-tiny little balls, and the fruit flavors they used&well they were delicious! You should most definitely try some! It was very refreshing!
We had to stop and get a photo in front of the Torii Gate!

Japan was just beautiful!

We didnt get to go in there or even walk around it, but I did snap that photo because it was so beautiful!
Oh, and on our way to America we got to see the props for Illuminations being brought out to the bay go by! So neat!

Up next was America, Ive gotta say, we didnt even go in here&we were, at this point, trying to hurry along to Japan to meet Mulan, and plus, well, we live in America! So we quickly stopped at the kid station for stamps, and then went on our way. I didnt even get a hat picture! I really would like to spend some time there next time though! I have heard the little show inside is good and it seems neat how its more set in Colonial times.
So basically we breezed by the good ole US of A and we decided to skip Italy and Germany since wed be dining in that area later in the day and went straight on to CHINA to meet the infamous Mulan!!
It started drizzling about this time, and so they had Mulan moved inside of a building, I think also because of the rain more people were rushing in there to get out of the rain and noticed the Mulan M&G so there was a looong line! But, we waited, I could not miss a Princess M&G and this is the only spot you can really meet Mulan, so wait we did&
But, it was actually pretty cool! The building itself was spectacular! This is just the ceiling!

Also, they had some Chinese Acrobats that were performing inside! So that was cool to see while we waited in line. It was EXTREMELY loud, due to all the crowds that were in there, but not too bad. Once we finally made it to our turn with Mulan I was soooo happy to see her! She was a GREAT Mulan, she looked fantastic! Sadly, no PP Photog though, so only my crummy phone photos& L

Again, we didnt look around too much in China, but I did grab out hat photo!

And we did find the kidcot station!

And soon we were off to Olivias favorite country of the day and her favorite ride in Epcot, up next, the one with the trolls!!
