Welcome Pam. We're 3rd time cruisers too but this is our first 7 day and our first turkey cruise too.

Patsy - I just went to the link-finally. Love it! I do have a correction though. The 8 & 9 yr olds listed with my group are both boys.

I'm in for a shirt for sure. Dh just rolled his eyes at me. If he can't appreciate it, he's certainly not getting one. The kids would be interested- would we have kid sizes? I like the bracelet idea too. I never wear one usually, but what a great way to figure out who we all are after the first day.

Its starting to get springy here! It hit 62. I bought crop pants for the girls today and was thinking - they will be able to wear these on the cruise in November!! That makes it seem a little closer somehow.

Hi all,

I did the t-shirt order in 2007 and we had all the way from little bitty kids sizes (2-4) to 4XL. Unfortunately, we did just one style (the men's boxy-style shirt) but a few ingenious women modified them by cutting the neck or removing the sleeves (or shortening them). I can check with the t-shirt guy that I used last time (he had the logo from 05 that we modified for 07) to see if they have any women's styles.

If someone can help me figure out how on earth to post a photo, I can post the logo from 07 and a photo of my family with their shirts.

To all the newbies...welcome! We are glad you are joining the Turkeys and I think you'll have a ton of fun. I was a newbie in 07 and this group is wonderfully helpful and loads of fun.

Wouldn't it be funny if I knew your SIL?!? I describe Va Beach as the biggest small town I know. Seems everyone has that "6 degrees of separation" thing -- although it's usually only 2 or 3 degrees!

Welcome momoftwins! I grew up just east of you in Flemington, NJ -- home of outlets and furs. And since those outlets weren't enough for my mom, we would make semi-annual visits to Reading. We're 3rd time DCL cruisers -- this will be our first Eastern and our first T'giving cruise.

izma -- DH hasn't done a full.... yet. You could probably talk him into running with you. Me? Not a big fan of running. I did a Disney half maaaaany years ago. These days, if you see me running you'd better run, too, because it probably means I'm being chased by an axe murder or bear. But I'll cheer you on from the chairs!

I ordered a FE too but it hasn't arrived yet. Can't wait to see it!

Hey everyone!

I looked up where we got our bracelets from.

We got them on EBAY from a seller "woodworknick". I just searched "silicone bracelet". The item number is 320326890831. They are $1.95 each. Shipping is free and I'm assuming those who want bracelets will just order our own.

We had ours done with a mickey head like this:

Disney Magic 2008 (in Disney font)

then our names on the other side ie.

John Smith (in a plain font)

Can someone describe the colour of blue...royal, turquoise, ocean? I am sure we won't get it exactly right, but we can try!
