Taking a break from packing and more packing.... We are trying to figure out our packing cubes. They are going to work out really well.. We are packing for 2 days in park and 7 days on boat...

DD has decided she does not want to wear a dress on the cruise. She wants to wear a nice pants outfit.... Karen, Lisa and Lisa's college room mate from 07' were able to talk her into a dress for our photo. I might need help again, I packed a dress for her.

Not a problem!! I will be happy to help!! Yesterday morning Mason decided he did not want to wear a suit to his cousin's bar mitzvah. After he and I discussed the matter, he put on the suit. When he saw everyone at the service, he was very happy he wore the suit!! In fact, he decided it was ok for me to pack the suit for formal night on the Magic!!

Hi everyone!

Andrew and I getting ready to finish up the FE items. We went shopping today for thost last minute...OH my goodness now your shoes don't fit either....things! Needless to say, it was all for Andrew!

Wendy, don't worry. I'll see what I can do to help things along with Lindsey. I remember hating wearing dresses too at her age...as a matter of fact, I wanted to wear my favorite riding clothes always (horsey smell and all!).

Well, back to getting things ready to go.

Happy Sunday evening everyone!

Ok, why can't I get motivated to pack? I know it will get done, but....

I spent the day making a big pre-Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings.. yum. DD even made the sweet potato casserole and green bean casserole (yes, the Durkee onion one from the 1950s which she loves.) I think I'm in a turkey coma now...

Here's hoping you all have a great week and that the time goes quickly enough for Saturday to get here fast, but slowly enough so that you get to finish everything you said you would.

Hey everyone!

Lots of packing going on here today, too!

I am VERY happy to report that DD10 had her first COMPLETELY fever free day today! WOOOHOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! It has been 10 days (!) since she came home from school with a fever, but thanks to weekends, Veterans Day and the "3-day Nor'easter" she only missed 3 days of school. Whew!

Thanks for all the positive thoughts and kind words!

More good news -- we figured out a cute SWAP for the girl scouts swap! Yippee!

Now, to get those FEs organized.... And I haven't printed my magnets, either. Oh, and I still have to make a run to Target. And....

I don't know how any of you have time for the boards right now. You must be more organized than me. I'm half packed, running out to pick up some last minute things, cleaning house, doing laundry, raking the yard, yada, yada, yada . . .

This was a very quick break - now back to the madness!!

Yep that is where they are at. Ask any Cast Member they should have a Tell-a-cast on them with the times and info. I am sure it will be on a guide map as well.

Andrew is diligently working away on the FE items. I just printed and made all the magnets...we have 25 of them this year (thanks to Wendy!) I've started to make stacks of clothing on the dining room table but I'm so unorganized this year!!!!!!

As far as it taking a village....it takes one just to get my family out the door everyday!

Well, back to stuff to do....I need to fill out our cruise docs still!

Just got off the phone with my mom. She wanted to know what we were bringing for Thanksgiving ! As I began to think how to remind her that we were going on a cruise she began to laugh uncontrollably. So, if anyone wonders where I get it from....now you know....my mother!

So naturally, I had to rub it in that I would be dining on LOBSTER on Thanksgiving while she ate a dumb old Turkey...YUCK! So, then if that wasn't bad enough, my SIL then called and wondered what we were doing for Thanksgiving....I reminded her (for the umpteenth time) that we would be out of town...she again asked where....I told her and she said....oh, well, have fun!

Inlaws and outlaws....gotta love 'em!
