Thoughts on Turf Club Grill at Saratoga Springs?
I just booked there and am not familiar with the resort or dining at all.
Is it better for lunch or dinner? How is the food?
I am thinking about res for dinner my first day since we might be tired and not in the mood to go to far to eat.

DH and I discovered the Turf Club on our last trip. We will definitely be going back. DH loved the lamb chops. I enjoyed the crab cake. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. One negative - the restrooms are VERY far away, at the other end of the building.

We love the TC...The food and service is excellent....
We have only been for dinner...One of the best on property....

The resort itself is huge....Good news is you can walk right to the gift shop and main pool area from the TC with no problem because that is all in the same area.

DH loved the lamb chops. I enjoyed the crab cake.

Those lamb chops are (DS14) favorite too, he just substitutes the polenta for mashed potatoes, and skips the mint!

The Turf CLub is SSR's best kept little secret! I always have the prime rib with the mashed potatoes and greens. If you like mushrooms, and I do, they have them stuffed with spinach and cheese, I now make them at home!

I think you'll enjoy this restaurant, we like it there!

This place is one of the hidden gems for Disney dining. We've done both lunch and dinner and been quite happy with the meals.

I've never had lunch there, but loved their lamb chops and their crab topped steak. The calamari and blackberry lemonade was very good too.

Ooh glad to hear it. we are having a hard time picking any restaurants this trip. my window of adrs is starting soon and I can't get excited for any restaurants.

You staying at SSR or OKW? That's a far trip for lunch if you aren't heading back to the hotel.
