Turf Club Bar and Grill

We are staying at Saratoga Springs, so thought we might try Turf Club. We will have the dining plan so wondering what will be included. Do you get appetizer, dessert, both? Does it come with a non-alcoholic beverage?

On regular DDP you get an entree, dessert and drink. No app unless you are on deluxe.
