So, anyone had turducken before? Thinking about trying this for this year's Christmas dinner.

My BIL had one for Thanksgiving. He said it was wonderful.

My dad has made it a few times. I have never tried it--but he says it is worth effort and time. (I think he puts it in at midnight and it is ready by afternoon). It has to cook at a low temp for a long time.

Never had it...probably never will...

it just sounds so... :scared:

don't know why :confused3

Never heard of it. What exactly is it?

A boneless chicken stuffed in boneless duck stuffed in an almost boneless turkey. In between the meats there is a stuffing.

It sounds so.... heart stopping.

Yum. Most likely will buy one already made. Will not try to do this myself. :)

OK, I won't be trying that. Never had duck, and I don't care for turkey.

Heard about this on a stained glass board. Lady says her family throws a fit if she even hints at not making it for Christmas dinner. She says it's sooo much work but soooo good. It may be, but it's too time consuming for me to consider. I have to be free to play at WDW!!!

Paula Dean made one of those on her show on the Food network. Although I don't like duck, it looked good.
