I'm thinking of ordering these for my 2 girls for school but on the site it doesn't give any sizes. I was wondering if someone can give me an idea of how big they are. I would hate to buy them and have it not fit in there Princess lunch boxes.:(

I'm thinking this will be a tight squeeze but it just might be worth it! I'm so not looking forward to having to do lunches again in another 6 weeks.

lunch'n things container is
eleven inches long
by five inches wide
and 2 inches high

a sandwich and a juice box and cookies or crackers seem to be in the photo

dont buy them! Our family ordered a bunch of them, and none of the clasps close. They are made cheaply... but they aren't that cheap to buy. We've had nothing but problems with ours. They've spilled... a mess. Thats my 2 cents anyway.

Thanks pumba for the dimensions. I'll have to see if it will fit, just might make it.

BTW-I love you tag about burbing beds. As a kid I grew up watching my Mom and Stepdad burb theirs! Was a real hoot when I walked in with friends.;)

Luvdancink-I wouldn't use it for anything that would leak. I'm still on the fence about this too, not quite sure if I'm gonna take the plunge yet.

But knowing the size sure would help. I cannot believe they don't list it online.

I have a couple of these & haven't had a problem with any of the clasps-weird! They are good for taking in the van for a road trip, I pack a couple of them for a long day and it keep everything on hand in the cooler. I usually don't pack anything in them that leaks though-mostly a sandwich and some snacks like string cheese or goldfish or something.

i just measured mine and it is almost 11 1/2 inches long at the longest point, almost 5 1/2 inches wide at the widest point, and almost 2 1/8 inches high. It doesn't fit in DS's lunch box (Stitch from TDS). The inside compartments measure 3 1/8, then about 5", then about 3 1/8 again. The compartments on the far right (when you are looking at the thing head on) are divided horizontally into 3 1/8" wide by not quite 2 1/2" long.

Sorry if that is more info that you wanted, but I HATE when there are no measurements listed-lol!

I plan on buying another but I am having problems adding my e-certs to my shopping cart. I have 6 $1 e-gift certificates but it only lets me add 4 to my order & then keeps giving me an error message--what a pain!

I'm bummed because I measure the lunch boxes and it's short by 2 inches. These would have made lunches easier. But I'm thinking of the sandwich keeps now.

thank you so much for giving me the measurements. I'll have to see what I'm gonna do, I'm so tired of using saran wrap!

FWIW, I have sandwich keepers (from Tupperware) from years ago (like 15 years), and they've held up fine. They have a separate lid which is sometimes a little tricky to get on. I think the lids are attached now with a hinge? I don't like to use plastic wrap or baggies either if I can avoid it.

But I've got a few years until I have to pack anyone lunches. :)

Yes, I have the sandwich keepers too and like them a lot more than the lunch n things for daily lunches. I have them in the blue square shape and have a couple of red round ones too (with a smidget container that fits in the top). Great for sandwiches, as long as they come home!

Thanks for the info on the sandwich keepers. I think I'm gonna splurge and buy them. They seem reasonable and my youngest who is going into Kindergarten this year doesn't have the option of buying lunch so I have to send her in with her own. Did this last year also when she was in pre-k. My older one buys lunch once or twice a week so sometimes I get a break from having to make it for both of them.
