Tupperware Jello Mold Bundt shape

Anyone have the directions for how to use this? I just found a great one at a tag sale this morning, but then realized I have no idea how to do it! I think it can also be used to "shape" things like potato salad, etc. Please help!! Thanks!

Depending on how big it is it can hold 2 to 4 packages of jello. You can get some recipies for gelatin salads and try some of those out. I just alway sprayed a little cooking spray in the inside to help the jelloe release and poured the jello mixture in then refrigerate. When set open the top or bottomput a plate on it and flip it over. You can also use a little warm water while the container is till closed to help it release.
