Tuner Cleaner?

Ok, I used to use this all the time when I was a computer tech, and even well before. I remember it was like isopropyl alcohol (or something) in a spray can.

So I go to Radio Shack to pick some up recently and it's not just Tuner Cleaner anymore. It's Tuner/Cleaner/Lubricant now. It's got mineral oil in it now. I don't want to lubricate, I just want to clean. Does anyone know where I can get Tuner/Cleaner <i>without</i> the mineral oil???

Let me check with the techs at work tomorrow. (Service Center for a 33 store audio/video chain in New England/New York State) I know a couple of years ago there was some new toxic/hazardous waste legislation that affected the 'tuner cleaner' stuff you are looking for. I know they had to search far and wide for a new supplier. I will find out what they are using and let you know.
