Tufesa Bus from Anaheim to San Diego

Hi all, am looking into cheapest way to get from Disney to San Diego and came across this bus company who'll charge a total of $70 to take our 4 family members. It's through a website called GoToBus.

Does this sound like a good deal? Does anyone have any experience of using them?

Hi Katcharlwood! Are you going anywhere specific in San Diego? For example are you going to Sea World, LegoLand, or the Zoo? There are companies that include transportation and admission as one tour, this might save you money. Also, are you looking at one way transportation or round trip?
I personally haven't heard of GoToBus. But at our hotel, we normally work with Southern California Grayline or LuxBus America for tours.

Thanks so much for your reply! We are going to a hotel in San Diego to spend a few nights there. Just a one way trip needed.

I looked at Lux and they were much more expensive which makes me wonder if this other bus company is dodgy?!

Tufesa is a Mexican Owned company that owns most of the Bus market in the NorthWest Border area of Mexico/USA. I have ride in one before and the have good Buses, you shouldn't have an issue.

I personally wouldn't take a bus that wasn't owned by a major, known company.

Have you looked at the Amtrak Surfliner train? Prices get higher the closer you get, and you might have to take a taxi to the Anaheim station and to your SD hotel, but most of the trip is rather pretty and enjoyable.
