Well I am 2 for 2, in my plan to get up earlier and do the one mile WATP tape!! Baby steps.... :)

Share your exercise successes of the day here too, esp those of you who are struggling like me! :)

After 2 days of making excuses, I did get up early and walked 2 miles on the treadmill. I hope I'm back on track!
 
I did 20 crunches! It doesn't sound like much, but hey, it's a start!!!

I am about to head out the door right now to go walking. I am striving for one mile!
 
Mine is very 'small' but, considering my feelings toward exercise. it was at least a 'baby step'

The dog took my DD and I for a walk last night :rolleyes: . If you really want a workout, I will loan you this dog! :teeth:

I normally get up around 6:15 so today I got up at 6:05 (hey, every minute counts:)) and went to the Y early and did my cardio and was home by 7:10 a.m. yipeee!!

that was 20 mins on elliptical with 2 min cool down and 8 mins on the rowing machine, then I hightailed out the door to see DD before she caught the bus!

Afterwards I did my planned toning exercises at home for the day and now am going back to the Y with younger DD for a casual swim in the warm therapy pool--------can't wait it's like 50 degrees here today!
 
I'm back, I only managed half a mile, but hey, that'll do for a first day!
 
Can I share last nights success??? I ran jogged/power walked a 13.20 minute mile. Did all my nautilus and crunches....
Today...DD lost her ballet shoes and had to go buy some and take them to her school, so there went my walking time :( I will try sneaking it in :)
 
Today is an off day for me, but I just wanted to say great job everyone! Every little bit of exercise counts in the grand scheme of things.

Did an hour of rollerblading, woo-hoo! 20 minute pilates and the ohMom killer workout from you know where! ;) hee hee! Man, my arms are still shaking. I hope it doesn't make my beer too frothy tonight... ;)
 
Well, I did it. I just did 2 miles in 32 minutes:D :D

Now, how am I going to keep this pace up for 13 miles:( :(

Boy, 1/05 isn't as far away as it seems.LOL
 
TigH rollerblading??? OMG...I know I would loose my front teeth. Man, that is so cool...good for you!!!
 
I did the 2 mile WATP tape this morning THEN 30 crunches (10 front, 10 each side), and THEN did some of the upper body weight lifting from the M& F Hers online link that TigH posted previously! And I still made it to my children's school on time for Field Day activities. I typically do the WATP tapes but Karen has inspired me to WISH for more!! :teeth:

Glo - you are burning up the track!! I see if I decide to do the 1/2 marathon, I will have a nice view of your backside since I won't be able to keep up! LOL! And thanks for pushing me to put crunches into my routine. I hope they push this pooch right outta here!! :p

I was inspired by glo's 13.20 minute mile. I did 2 miles this morning. I usually do a 20 minute mile. I decided to put in a little extra time on the treadmill tonight and do a 15 minute mile. I didn't make it. I did it in 15:40. But I haven't really been trying for speed, so it was a nice change for me. Plus it didn't take long.

I think I might add a fast mile at night to my routine.

Glo, You Go Girl!!! 13.20!! That's awesome! But you better look out, I'm going to catch up some day.:cool:
 
This morning I finally cut down to one teaspoon of sugar in my tea. Slowly getting to no sugar.

I went to Curves for my 30 minute work out tonight.:Pinkbounc
 
I didn't do much today! :( Maybe a mile, but that is it...Yesterday I did three, today I played lazy! :p
 
Today, my second day, I did 3/4 mile!
