Wow! I get to start one of these! I walked 3 miles today with hubby!

Anyone else?.............
 
i just rode my bike 40 mins :) have a walk scheduled tonight with a neighbor - another 40 mins
 
I did my Fat Burning Blast (Denise Austin) tape-- the interval training segment. Then I did 20 minutes of yoga.

Who else? :D
 

I did upper body weights, abs and 35 minutes stationary bike. Oooh I hate to do those abs::yes::

Next? C'mon down:yo-yo:
 
30 minutes of swimming and 60 minutes of spinning.

Great thread!

Am proud to post that I did 30 minutes on the stepper this morning!

A total victory for me - first, that I got my butt to the gym and second, that I stepped on that bad boy for 30 whole minutes!

1st day back.... 30 minutes doing the 2 mile WATP :cool1:
 
I did ABS Yoga this morning & this evening I did 30 minutes on the treadmill.

I did the P90X Kenpo workout then did 1/2 of the P90x core synergistics workout.
 
Walked for 2 hrs today! The 1st hr was on the Boardwalk at St John's Pass. the 2nd hr was on the beach at Madeira beach. After our walk, DH & I sat & watched the sunset. :sunny: What an awesome way to exercise that was, & walking on beach sand is a really good workout, too!
