TTC to DTD

We are taking an excursion from our RCCL cruise at Port Canaveral to Disney for the day. We are thinking of going to DTD for shopping. The excursion drops us at the TTC. What is the best way to get to DTD from there?

Probably walk to the Poly and take the bus.

Take the Resort Monorail 1 stop from TTC to Polynesian Resort, then take the bus from Poly to DTD. You can also walk to the Poly, but the normal walkway is closed for construction, and I think the temporary walkway that's been set up is roundabout.

Returning, bus from DTD to Contemporary, then monorail 1 stop to TTC.
