That is good you are not having problems with the progesterone. I hope you get your BFP. Are you going to POAS before your b/w?
ooo I know! Your b00bs may start to feel something soon.My butt has nice painful knots in it right now. You are supposed to rub the site after the injection to help dispurse the meds. Well when i did that this am i notice that I have 2 hard knots now. ive done all the rubbing i can
but at this point it doesnt make a difference i think.
Rose! Thinking of you today! Hope you feel better soon and your appointment goes well!![]()
Thanks E - it has been a brutal week. I don't know what I had at the beginning of the week, but yesterday I had a horrible stomach virus. It was gross and then this morning I was hit by some morning sickness. {TMI ALERT} So over the last 24 hours I have emptied my body in every way possible. Not great. I called the RE office this am to ask if they wanted me there with being sick yesterday and the receptionist said "If you're not contagious it is ok" - ummm how do I know if I am?
So I have my ultrasound this afternoon and DH is going with me. We should know how things are going and where we are at. Hopefully we will leave with a due date.![]()
ckret- glad your cyst has shrunk a little, I will cross my fingers for you.
Falltime- best of luck!
I have been thinking of all of you and saying little prayers!!
I still don't feel pregnant and I don't have my first appointment till the end of February.
I am very nervous about having to tell so many people before we even get to see the doctor for the first time. I wish we could hold out a little longer, but our circle of "need to know" people keeps getting bigger. And my husband wants to tell his family too since we are telling my whole family next week because of the wedding. I guess that seems fair, I just really hope we don't have to go back and tell everyone "nevermind."
Thanks for all of your support through all of this...I will move on soon so that I don't make anyone sad. Keeping you all in my thoughts.

So, we are 6.1 weeks and we saw the heartbeat! I am feeling better - I finally was able to eat real food - it was so nice to put solid food in my mouth!
So, they want me to come back in about a week to do another u/s to compare and make sure everything is good - the last one stopped developing around 7 weeks. I have an appointment a week from Monday!
Have a great weekend everyone!

Hi ladies!
Hope everyone is having a great weekend!!!!
My RE recommended focusing on reducing my stress levels as we continue on this infertility journey, so I tried my first yoga class today. A couple of months ago, Groupon had a special for a local studio (11 classes for $40) and I figured I would try it out. Has anyone else done yoga? Jury is out for me.... there were certain points where I really liked it and other ones where I just wanted it to be over. I'm not at all flexible. Plus, a lot of it is supposed to be done with your eyes closed which didn't work for me (yet) as I was not familiar with the different movements/poses. We'll see. It's 5 minutes from home, so that's a plus. I used to do higher impact workouts (lots of spin classes) but haven't done that in about a year as I had a lower back injury.
Any other recommendations for stress reduction techniques?
Some people swear by acupuncture. Haven't tried that yet, but maybe I should.
I used to do a Beginners yoga CD. It lasted about 20min and didn't have to have my eyes closed the whole time either. The moves were easy. Don't remember the name. I rented it from the library
Thanks! I just put in a request for a yoga DVD from the library. I hadn't thought of that!
Acupuncture scares the heck out of me! I'm just not good with needles in general. Part of the reason I decided to try yoga today is that I have to do my trigger shot tonight and I thought the yoga might help me relax and not stress about the shot all day. Eventually, I'll get used to it I'm sure (won't have a choice if we go with IVF) but needles just freak me out!
Luckily, having to give blood doesn't bother me anymore...
