Ooop talk about Freudian Slip! Yep totally drinking the beer & bubbly in my dreams but not in reality. . . especialy after yesterday

Went to the Dr yesterday and saw the embies! Yep, I said embies! We have 2! I am currently 5 weeks. 5 weeks cause I believe they add 2 weeks from LMP. We have 12 weeks until we can tell people. Um I think that all the important people know as well as half Chicago! Sheesh!

So back to my laundry and googling to find out more nuggest to scare the bejeebus outta me!

I'm torn whether I want to do a HPT prior to the beta. 17dpIUI seems like a pretty long amount of time. I definitely want to test sooner, but I terrified that because of HcG trigger and booster injections I will get false positive. The last thing I want is to get a positive then not have one a few days later... Also afraid that it'll be a BFN, then going in for the beta will be a painful experience. I'm going to try to just wait it out... we'll see how it goes!

Why are you waiting 17 days? Isn't it usually 10 days? I'm with you on the waiting. We totally did because sometimes the drugs can have a weird affect on your results and I'd rather have the results right the first time.

Our 3 months will be up a week before my birthday which is great too cause I thought it was a week after we got back from vacation. Whatever, way to much math

speaking of cashing in....we are getting less back than I thought on taxes this year. (with 26K of medical expenses for 2010 I for sure thought like $4K!!)

The part that I was pissed about is that I was doing the taxes jointly like always and found that we were going to get CHUMP change back!!! ($300 from federal and not much more from state!!)

So I consulted Professor Google and as a result I decided to change to Married filing separately. It increased our total refund (state & federal) by $1700!!!

Yes, you can still itemize. My dad actually told me that "only one" of us can itemize. Then where I was reading (thing that google found) said that you both either have to itemize OR take the standard deduction -- whatever you do, it has to be the same.

But honestly, I just plugged the numbers into TurboTax & I'm not 100% certain how it calculated it. I wanted to put all the medical under me. I may have to fiddle with it more. But I have til Feb 14th since that's the online file date anyway.

I love my husband.....I love my husband....

I have to say it.....or I'll kill him.

He got mad at me yesterday because he couldn't find.....HIS badge to work. So of course, it's MY problem.

I tried to help him look for it, but he got all mad and yelled at me. When he gets mad, he always throws it in my face that I work at home adn probably sit on my butt eating bon-bons. Huh. Well, here's what my bon-bon eating butt did today:

cleaned kitchen
washed dishes by hand (no dishwasher)
looked for HIS badge
wrote two articles
took care of Nando
fixed lunch for ma
proofread articles
took surveys on line (for money)
paid medical bills
all with a severe headache and a tooth that's hurting and needs to be fixed.
Made dental appointment

Then,I have to call our car insurance company and get our payment date set up, clean bathroom, and fix dinner.

I have an appointment for an ultrasound at 9 AM to check everything out. . . The RE RN said to calm down that she had the same thing with her son who was ok. I had cramping over the weekend on Sunday but I chalked it up to I just haven't had a good poop in a while cause that's what it felt like. . .

Please say a prayer for us tonight. . .

I am having a booster hcg injection

one week after the first. RN said its to help boost your progesterone production. So my beta is 10 days after that injection, for a total wait of 17 days.

E, I'll be praying for you. Hope the u/s tomorrow is ok!

I will pray for you E. My Dsis had bleeding too - she now has a beautiful 10 year old. All is not lost.

Hugs and prayers for you, E. My cousin had a blood clot with significant bleeding during her first trimester and now has a beautiful 2 year old little girl. Try to stay positive, although it can be hard.

Don't stress out over this sweetie! It could be a subchorionic hemorage (sp?)...which Carla (Leger13) had early on too. Hers actually went on for a good bit but once it was gone, everything was okay and now she has that sweet little baby boy.

I am definitely praying for you tonight...and now...and tomorrow -- and in my dreams if I can help it.
