TT and FP

I am hearing conflicting reports on another board about whether FP riders on TT get the same build your car options as standby. I know single riders basically get to pick a car without options, so that experience is definitely different. But if you FP TT, do you still get the full build-a-car experience you get in the stand by line? We have always used a FP for Soarin, but were going to switch this trip, unless it will change the building experience. Thx.
