Yes, definitely. We tried to share the info about FP with as many people as possible. I admit we did fastpass Soarin twice (collecting at 9 a.m. and around 11 a.m.), win an ultimate FP, and then ride a third time in the early evening while people were playing cards in an endless line, and honestly I still feel guilty and a little sick about it. I would have been fine with sharing the FP wealth with everyone, as long as there was no pre-booking. And, absolutely no "FP+ only" rides ever, because those people CHOSE to wait rather than miss the ride.
I agree with most all that you said. We didn't feel bad about using extra paper FPs for the same ride. (The most we ever got for the same ride was 3) We tried to help anyone we could also. I feel like they should be first come, first serve. But we never ran to a ride, never pushed anyone out of the way or knocked any little kids down to get our paper FPs.

And if they hold back to release some the day of, how mad would those that were online at 60,30,10 or 5 days before, unable to get the FP+ that wanted and arrived in the afternoon around 3 or 4 to find out that guest that were there after them (because checking online is like being there before them when it comes to FP+) got the FP+ that they wanted? There would be only a couple of rides I could think this happening on but it could happen.
