TSA straps

Has anyone used TSA luggage straps. We have hard samsonite cases that have combi locks so will need the strap type, are they any good or a waste of time?

I am using cable ties for secure my cases. cheaper than buying a lock.

We have only used the TSA locks - not the straps but would be interested to see what anyones has to say on them

I have been using the TSA luggage straps for the last few years and they work fine.

I have old delsey cases, I leave them unlocked, set the combination on the case and use the straps.

Someone commented that they could just cut the strap or extend the strap to get into your case, but I think if someone really wants into your case, then they will get in no matter what....never had any problem with the straps.

I bought them from the Samsonite store in orlando.
