TSA precheck

When I got my KTN I was holding reservations at Jetblue and SW for an upcoming trip. I updated both profiles easily to add the KTN. Then for Jetblue I pulled up the reservation and did a manage trip and was allowed to update that existing ticket and added the KTN to the upcoming trip. As for SW, while I could add it to my profile I did have to call SW and they added it to my upcoming flight. I think that the TSA website actually tells you how to add the number to your existing profiles and already booked flights. For SW, they do tell you to call and add to existing flights, but no guarantee that it will go through. When I took that flight I got precheck on both our tickets, so guess it worked.

Got the number added to our profiles already but under manage trip, it says for all options that changes are not allowed at this time. Guess we'll have to wait and see if it comes up on our boarding passes. Sure hope so, those TSA lines sound crazy right now!

I checked in online with Southwest today, and I did see "TSA Precheck" displayed on my digital boarding pass. I know this probably won't help me much on my trip down from Flint. Still, it was good to see that I'm in the system.

My daughter did not get pre check on hers but because she was 11 she was able to go through with me.

The same happened to me and DD on a trip to SLC.

On a trip to MCO with DW and DD, I took DD through the precheck line while DW went through the regular security line.
