TS or CS exchanges

I think I know the answer but...

Are there any trades from CS to TS -- Ie. 2 CS for 1 TS or 1 CS for 2 snacks, etc.

No, not during regular dining times.

However, during Free Dining only in 2008, there was a shortage of Table Service availability so they did allow people to trade 1 Table service for 1 counter service plus 2 snacks OR 1 counter service and a mesh Disney bag.

The year before (2007) it was 1 Table service for 1 Counter service & a lanyard.

They do not allow uptrading ( 2cs for 1 ts) , but in times of free dining they have been known to allow you to convert TS to CS
