TS breakfast and keys to kingdom tour.. Can I do this?????

My DH and I will be in Disney in September and will be on the free dining plan. Since we don't like being held back by reservations later in the day, we have been using our TS meals for breakfast and early lunches.
I would really like to do the keys to the kingdom tour and the latest one is at 9:30am. An early breakfast at CP would be ideal but there is nothing available for any of the days during my stay. If I would book a 7:30am breakfast at The Wave, do you think I can make it over to MK for 9:15am??
What is the quickest way to and from Contemporary to MK... Walk or monorail???

The Contemporary is the first stop AFTER the magic kingdom. so yes you would need to do the entire loop.
The Wave for breakfast was fabulous.

It's 10 minutes and I'm a little slower than some.

There were signs up, I think, but you can always tell a CM that you're walking over to MK and ask for directions. You will go behind the bus stops for the Contemporary and walk through the parking lot (sort of).

I've done the tour twice and it's a lot of fun! Enjoy!
