I did it. But around 3 or 4, you may really want a break indoors or swim or a shower. I did it both with and without, and on the without days, it definitely took a toll on my body and mood. Just because I felt so grimy and hot. Just getting rid of that top layer of sweat and sunscreen before dinner really helped. Not a long one- literally just a rinse off and change of shirt.
And as mentioned above- drink LOTS of water. Seriously, the minute you start drinking soda or beer, you lose the fight with dehydration!
