As long as you have unlimited long distance, use the 407 number instead of the 800 number. That's how I got through. Still had a 40 minute wait but better than a busy signal. 407-566-3800

Decided to take you up on this advice . . . and that line is busy, also. Guess I won't be renewing with the fancy, pancy Platinum Plus after all. It's not that big of a deal since my DS18 doesn't seem to be into water parks right now.

Sorry. The line is open until 9pm EST so still 51 minutes to try. Or send an email via the contact form on the website so they have a record of your many attempts and they will probably take care of it for you somehow. I don't care about the water parks but I am planning for next NYE (2018-2019) so I wanted it for that.

Probably will continue to be busy until after all the December vacations are booked. It's been like that at this time of the year for as long as I can remember.
