trying to make it all fit (help)

ok so i posted this over in pre trip reports but was told to try over here for more feedback!

i love how our trips start out so small and end up so elaborate, so for those of you that know me y'all might remember my mother has a condo in seminole, so we decided on our upcoming vacation March9TH One day are gonna hit the MK. since the plan originated from a day at the park the a 2 hour drive back to the condo its added pirates and palls cruise. and we decide to kick the bucket and just stay a night at a resort (allstar pop) so we can relax more and explore some the next day at downtown disney (doubt ill ever accept disney springs lol)
so as luck would have it we booked our vacation march 11th-12th and met the deadline for customized magic bands!! i chose red and friend chose green lol!! so now the plan is to get to the resort SUPER early like 6:30 am to check in even if room isn't ready and just hit the parks with the EMH we get for being resort guest!! get the scooter, sorcerer cards, disability pass let her shop in emporium while i go get our ears at the hat shop you know get all the main main street stuff done before park opens to rest of public lol
then spend a fun day at the park and around 7:30 start making our way out and returning the scooter and retrieving my walker and making our way to contemporary for our 8:45 pirate and palls cruise!! then praying if we might can get back into MK for some main street night photos when the park closes at 11 (not sure if this will be possible) hoping so bad but not expecting.
then get back to the room and order that magical disney pizza and boneless wings!!

any thoughts if the main street night pictures will be possible?

My son did Pirates and Pals recently and it finished up late. By the time the fireworks end and you head back to the dock and meet Peter Pan I can't imagine having time to get back to MK.

Just checked PhotoPass: they got pictures with Captain Hook at 8:54 and pictures with Peter Pan at 10:36.

I'd take my pictures beforehand: I'd hate to feel rushed after spending so much money on the cruise.

i agree i guess will just get pictures as we head out little sad but the day will still be a winner in my books just wanted other peoples opinions on how everything might fall into place lol hopefully around 7:30 its sunset or dusk (have to leave a little early to get scooter checked back into the rental place and get my walker then we plan on either walking or using the monorail, id hate to use monorail and have a delay

Is your P&P cruise on May 11 or May 12? If it's the 11th, MK has EMH until 1 am. If it's the 12th, I'd say you will be hard pressed to make it back to MK in time. You would definitely have to skip the Peter Pan photo op at the end. If you did that, you might be able to make it in just in time!
