Trying to make fastpasses in M.D.E and it keeps saying something went wrong! Help!

We would need more details. Where in the process were you? What specifically did it say? Do you have your ticket linked? Are you within your window?
 
Did you try multiple devices - computer with different browsers, phone, tablet, etc.?
 
I think something must be up, as always. My resort reservation got dropped overnight and I got a FP warning. I was able to re-link easily, but now I'm worried.

1 do have linked 4 day tickets. Staying offsite but 1st park day is Dec 2nd. So this a.m it would not let me schedule them. The phone operator suggested I uninstall the app and then reinstall it. I'm just hoping I don't have these issues tomorrow. I'm doing this from my phone. I'll try my laptop if all else fails before getting frustrated & calling or posting. Excitement got the best of me earlier. Thanks again
 
I hope it worked out for you MDE was all messed up for me last night too, which was super frustrating when your in a different time zone and it’s the middle of the night and it keeps messing up. 🙄
 
Disney IT has CONSTANT issues being mentioned on here. It is a waste of time to call since all they will probably say is something like...."we are sorry for your issues and are working to resolve them".....but the person has no ability to actually fix your issues since they don't work in IT and is just reading from a script.

Sometimes clicking the 'refresh' button will resolve your issue. Some browsers tend to work better but that doesn't solve the underlying IT issue.
 
I would call the internet help desk (407-939-7765), who can help you with all IT issues. They can also book FPs for you, if you give them your reservation number and dates!

As for same day FPs in the parks, I know people love using their phones to do that, but the in-park kiosks work well, too. I always use those, having had zero success with the app. And yes, you can refresh on the kiosks; just click on "start over" in the right hand corner of the screen.
