Trying to link DVC reservation, odd phone message

I'm trying to make park passes for Dec. Having a few different resorts and trying to add DVC reservation number. I get error messsage.

your reservation cannot be located as entered. Please try again or call (407) 939-1947 or 0800 1690 749 (UK) for assistance. Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.

I called 1 407 939 1947 and got ......"you have dialed the number outside of your shadowing hours, call back during your scheduled time"

What does that mean?????

Shadowing hours? My shadowing hours? Sounds villainous.

I got the same message yesterday. Same problem, can't link my reservation. Weird.

Did you double check the spelling on the lead guest name? I know it sounds silly but I did that last fall when booking for a friend. I had the wrong last letter. I had to contact MS to have it fixed. Once I did, it linked fine.
