Trying to get the Disney Visa...

I applied for the Disney Visa card online a few weeks back. Today, they sent me a letter asking for stuff for verification. They want my phone bill, Social Security Card and a gas/water/or electric bill to establish proof of residence.
Has this happened to anyone else?
My only problem is that I don't have to pay gas/water/or electric because it is included in the cost of my rent because my apartment is part of a large house that has been broken down into 3 apartments. Did anyone else have this problem? They don't provide a number to call, so I can't ask them what they would like me to send. Any suggestions?

I got the same letter, and kept putting off doing anything about it. A couple of weeks later, I got my cards in the mail apologizing for telling me I didn't qualify. I don't know what happened, but I now have my card in hand. I don't know if waiting will work for you, but, in this instance, procrastination worked for me.
