Trying to get flight...

on Continental for either week starting Sunday 4/28 or Sunday 5/5 for the week and the prices for the return flight are prices are a lot higher than normal with little availability. Have never seen this before and we always go at this time. Is there something going on that I do not know about! Conventions or group events that this making this so difficultl? Just curious if anyone knew. Thanks!

we tried four different carriers for the week we are going in May and finally decided to hop on the US AIR one..
IF we had booked the week before Christmas we could of saved almost a hundred dollars for my husband and myself ..
delta, Southwest, Continental and United are almost 75 per person higher..
