Been back a day and already thinking about next year :rotfl2:

We fancy 10 days disney then a disney cruise but Im finding it hard to get a price on the net, disney.co.uk seems to take ages to load on the cruise page, just wanted a general idea really, any suggestions ?

Oddly, I am looking at cruises myself today.
If you go to the uk cruise site it simply relocates you to the US version, which has been working fine for me all day and just now.
Which cruises were you thinking about?

:goodvibes

What kind of insurance is best for one of these? Is it worth upgrading to the next category of stateroom?

I knew I shouldn't have clicked on that link! :rotfl:

have you tried dreams unlimied here on the boards for a quote

I just got a DU quote too, was exactly the same as the Disney site, BUT you get $100 shipboard credit as opposed to the $25 that Disney give you :)

I'm not sure you do, remember hearing something on a recent podcast but can't remember what.
Got a tax rebate today, always nice after a holiday, so maybe will more effort Into looking into this cruise now ;)

August, check.
Florida, no check sadly.
Looking at a weeks cruise on the Magic in the Med, lowest category is only about $2000 and the thoughts of spending only £100 on flights appeals ;)

think you and I must be looking at the same one Luke ... I'm assuming Ryanair or Easyjet will get us to Barcelona from Liverpool for around a hundred each and the cat 12 cabins are looking cheap!!

Were also looking at the med cruises for next year, do you think Disney Cruise will offer them in £ again like this year?

We will hang until our first cruise to see if we like it first and then book on board with the onboard booking discount :thumbsup2

Yep, looked at furthest available easyjet dates and was about £130 between us.
Looking at august 20th as it's the cheapest of the month.

I was like you too Gemma, we did a cruise for our honeymoon, first tile cruise, loved it!!

Hoping we do too - otherwise were stuck on the boat for a whole week!:rotfl:

Oh I have to be back in work for A level results day so we're looking at the first week in August!

We looked at that, but the price went up as all base rate category cabins must have sold out - that starts at $2500 now for the two of us.

I should probably also be back for a level results, but was in Florida this year for them and only the head of department and myself bothered going in for GCSE results so I thin me missing out wouldn't be a problem :)

Keep checking the website, as I have found during the week, lower price cabins are available and then they disappear weekends and bank holidays.

It must be when they get cancellations and update the website.

Dreams unlimited was the cheapest one for us, and I tried 5 different companies for quotes.

I haven't booked yet, just mulling it over again and again.

Thanks for that,

I keep having problems trying to get a quote from Dreams Unlimited, the request just won't go through at all, always taking me to a blank page (with DU logos at the top but no body) after submitting. This happens whether I do it on my laptop or my iPad

:goodvibes

we've just booked .. provided the credit card payment goes through ok that is!!

Had a very excited family around this afternoon - we're going with my partner's mum, her sister and her sisters two children ... can't wait!
