Trying to find specific Youtuber

Hello, I'm trying to find this one Youtuber who films vlogs a lot at the Universal parks (I think some at Disney) but can't remember his name. I can picture him clear as day, he has glasses and a beard haha. It's not TimTracker or Rix Flix, he's a bit older, I believe he has a wife and he records videos on updates in the parks I think. Does anyone know what his Youtube channel is? I want to watch his videos again.
