Trying to find cheap airfare....

Hey fellow Dis'rs...I'm flying from Oakland Ca to Orlando in October and haven't been able find anything I can afford. Any of you Californians have any tips for me? my DH says we should wait a little longer for Fall Airfare sales to come out but I'm getting antsy and worried we may not be able to find a flight. Help Please? Helen

Not sure what your budget is but just checked at southwest.com and Oakland to Orlando is $153 each way.

Thank you for the tip Owtrbnks...It seems like around $300.00 a person seems to be the norm at the moment. I think I might wait a little longer to see what happens. Thanks again! Helen
