Trying to Figure This Out

We booked and paid for our room with Disney. Most of our ADRs are made. We bought our tickets through Undercover Tourist. Now we're thinking about buying the DDP. Is that possible? Would we lose the ADRs we already have? How soon before your trip do you have to book the DDP? In all of our WDW trips, we have never done the DDP. But, it looks like it would be a better deal for us this time. Could you DDP vets help us figure this out?

You won't lose your dining reservations, but you WILL have to change your room reservation to a package including tickets (the same ticket for each person on your room reservation).

I was getting that idea from reading other posts, but wasn't sure. We got a good deal on our tickets and don't want to dump those. I guess we'll just go with the OOP plan and try the DDP another time. Thank you for your help.
