Trying to figure out Tax

I am trying to figure out if we should get the DDP.

We have Chef Mickeys,Cinderella's Royal Table, Ohana's and Sci-Fi booked for our stay for 5 nights. Wea re 2 children 3 & 6 and 2 adults.

I was wondering if the price of ezch restaurant includes tax.
The price for Chef Mickey's is 28.99 for dinner. Does this include tax and gratuity? How mkuch is added for these if not included.

If I do the DDP is the 38.99 the total including tax and gratuity? I am so confused if it would be worth it.
Any helpl would be appreciated.

No published prices include tax (except dinner shows).

If you are going in 2007, the DDP includes tax and tip.

If you are going in 2008, the DDP includes tax; you are responsible for the tip.

The price you pay for the DDP includes the tax.

Does the bill show an amount for Tip or do you figure it out on your own?

We don't know what the process will be in 2008. Most likely, you will be given a notice in your check folder telling you about tipping, and either the standard percentages or a range of percentages. But I don't think - and this is my opinion only - that the tip amount will be on your bill because what if you were willing to tip more?
