Trying to email Milesource

Okay, I've never tried to email milesource since all the changes have been made so I'm a bit confused. I went to their site and created a customer service account. The form comes up asking me to choose a category. I chose the category okay, but then it asked me to put my member ID in the subject line. I have no idea what my member ID is?????? Where can I find this out? Does anyone have an easier way to email milesource??? Thanks for your help.

I think I may have answered my own question. In the subject line, I just wrote, "Member ID: none given" and then the message went through. I then received an auto reply immediately which included a member ID. I guess you need to use the service once in order to have the ID. Confusing!!!!

When I emailed Milesource, I used my User Name as Member ID.

That is funny because whenever I email Milesource, when I put my cursor in the Member ID box, another small box pops up and says "Member ID # 123456"

LOL~It is always the same too!
