Trying to decide for next summer-Deluxe summer rates regular rooms and concierge?

Trying to start planning ahead for DD and my annual trip next June. Seriously considering moving up to either GF,Poly, B or Y club.
Looking for historical AP or Fla resident rates for standard and concierge.

I think they were $100 off rack rate. At least, that's what it was in May.
