Trying to create an account with Shanghai Disney not getting text with PIN

I'm not receiving the text and I'm wondering if it is due to my provider being a little known company. Anyone else have this issue and how did you get around it? My option of last resort is it try my brother's number as he is on one of the big US carriers. But hoping someone knows a fix before I try that route. Thanks
