Trying to confirm my booking with rs transports tomorrow

I was told to email before we left to confirm our booking, so I emailed around 2 today and I havent heard anything back from them, they are usually so good and reply quickly. I have tried calling but I just get a constant engaged tone.

Has anyone not confirmed their booking before leaving and things still been ok?

all is ok I sent a second nagging email and they got back to me, now I can breeeaaattthhheeeeee

the same thing happened to me when i tried to confirm my booking, and when i enquired about a booking they emailed me back withing five minutes lol

Glad it's sorted - not what you need. Can't believe it's sooo close for your trip now - I hope you have a great time (Wish we were going again lol).

I always found RS/BS emailed back v quickly so I too would have been concerned!
