84 days out and I'm booking my last ADR for the day we leave. I've manged to get everything we want (including BOG) despite only planning the vacation 120 days out. My question to you all is, how far in advance do you board ME to head to the airport? Our flight leaves at 9pm on 2/7 and I'd like to book my final ADR for Chef de France, but am unsure of when I should book it for. I was thinking 4:30pm? Any insight would be so helpful!

DME will pick you up at your resort approximately 3 hours before flight time so 6 PM give or take 15 minutes. The time on the paperwork you receive the day before you leave will be the time the bus is scheduled to leave your resort so you should be at the DME bus stop 15 minutes before that time. You need to allow time to get back to your resort, pick up any carryons at bell services, and stop at the bathroom for the last time.

At the very latest you should be walking out of the park around 4:30 to take the bus back to your resort unless you're staying at one of the Epcot resorts in which case you could leave at 5:00 and walk back to the resort.

Typically a TS takes about 60-75 minutes depending on the number of courses you'll be ordering and whether you'll be there at on a busy day that might increase wait time to be seated and between courses so the latest I would make a dining reservation is 3:00 or 2:30 if you want an additional time cushion.

Thanks so much, that was all super helpful! I'm going to go ahead and check on earlier times, seems Chef de France has a lot of open availability. I'm hoping this is because of the loss of Remy and not the food!
