Was finally able to connect my reservation online so if you haven't been able to, try again

When I logged in today, even though I could see my reservations on the reservations page, a window popped up that the website wanted to load my reservations. So I did it again. I've been trying to do online check-in for 9 days and it wasn't until it re-loaded the reservations that it allowed me to do it.
